Horrible experience! The front desk Karla is not reasonable at all and behaved very rude. She literally meant to push customers away by enforcing some unnecessary rules with very bad attitude. Stay aw

The front desk staff, the young lady was ok, but the old one was as rude as she possibly can be. Had no heart for customer service and did everything to escalate the situation to the worst point!
