Bagels were good. Tables were dirty. Barefoot dude freaked me out. I wish he was asked to leave. Unsanitary

The manager was actively reprimanding her employees over something petty while I was standing and waiting for my order. That's so uncomfortable as a customer. I just want my bagel, not an inside view

The service was quick and nice, the workers were kind and polite, and the bagels tasted good. The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was on point.
