Dynasty Mall is NOT closed. Inside the mall is a quiet oasis. There are many empty spaces, but I go there for IBUN'S vegetarian dishes. I also saw a beauty school, a Christian store and some other bus

Disappointing plaza that actively engages in predatory towing. Based on other reviews, it is frequent and happens to people who are still paying customers of the plaza. Parked for less than 30 minutes

Do not go to this mall unless you are a customer. They will tow your car in a snap. You pay $280 to get it back.
