Waiting for more than 45 minutes, only one window open, really bad service. They should have more people working.

i have very awful experience in this branch. I waited 1 hour in line of just 3 people and they will not encash the check if you don't have account with them.

I made appointment but still have to wait for a long time! No one comes to me to explain why I need to wait.
