Freezing cold showers, rude, bitchy staff on reception always eating or making their own drinks before serving you. The water fountain by the hot tub is room temperature (pipes heating up by sauna). .

Had really negative experience regarding staff in Wigan. General manager ,a ginger obese lady (don’t know her name and I can describe her physically) don’t know if she also manager,personal trainers .
