I am very surprised that the state doesn't do something about this place. The aids where name badges. However supervisors, nurses, nursing supervisors, etc...do not. When asked their names they refuse

if i could give this place zero stars i would. don't go to this place unless you are very good at advocating for yourself.......missed medication....sheets not changed for 4 days.....terrible food....
