Hollywood’s Original Thai Joint emerges in a Motel in the 1970’s. Sapp Coffee Shop was a humble little joint as one of the first known shops in shops embracing alternative culture and the LGBTQ community. Our commitment to accepting ALL has been a major part of our longevity in Hollywood and to this day we stay true to our roots. This little Thai joint got its debut in a gritty, classic Hollywood Motel as a Coffee Shop by day and a Thai food joint by night.
