Worst car rental experience I've ever had. Took me over an hour to pull out. Customer service was ridiculous, then couldn't get out of the garage.

Very long line and sometimes no one was at the counter. After we left the counter we had a 30 minute wait to get through the gate. Never again hertz. It took us 2 hours to get a car that was reserved
