Rats and yellow water everywhere! Beware, I was told they couldn't fix the yellow water in my place, actually broke a brita filter, very unsafe to live here. Rats and cockroaches everywhere you turn.

This place has cockroaches. The big ones (American cockroaches) I found them coming though a hole under my sink. So gross and I've heard from multiple other people they have had them too.
