This place SUCKS. Customer service is a fat ZERO. If you don't know an extension number, or department number you get hung up on. You can't get past AI. What ever happened to the operator for assistan

Dealership set me up with a loan I cant get a hold of anyone to set up payments. Auto servicing not working. Waste of time

Why does it take over an hour to get someone on the phone... to only cancel a debit card. Please do better
