Nice place to meet with a friend and then go grab something to eat. Great location and price. It also has a very out in nature feeling not indoors

this was such a cool experience. to go from sauna to cold plunge multiple times in an hour it gave us energy and left us less sore the next day can't wait to come back !

Jennica is literally the best. her full body lymph is the best treatment I've had and I've done too many to count over the years. I notice that I'm much less inflammed and overall feel so much better.
