The food was incredible. Our server was also our chef and I was honestly super impressed by the quality. Some of the best sushi I've had and the Japanese curry was amazing as well.

Wrote a review just the other day trying to find out if Ruidoso Sushi was still open....it is. Hot lunch for my wife today. We have eaten there several times, always enjoyed the food and great service

Outstanding one man show. We were seated fast had drinks and placed our orders all by the same guy... then he went and made us some bomb ass sushi!!!!
