I think they need to clean their hot chocolate dispenser a little better... how gross is it that you're drinking a hot drink and all of a sudden feel something in your mouth that's not a liquid.

Napkins are apparently a commodity otherwise this place was fine. Bathroom was fairly unkempt. People pick up after yourselves!
