Very disappointing experience. I landed in Melbourne at 10:30 PM and had a confirmed booking through Agoda. When I arrived at the hotel around 12:10 AM, the reception manager said there was no booking

The good - Stayed in the apartment for two nights. Convenient location, within walking distances to tourist spots. Near railway tracks and could hear the train noise, so be aware if you are sensitive
