Guy behind the counter was kind of rude and not helpful at all. Said my return couldn't be shipped because of Fed Ex policy but I happened to be out and about and took it to a Fed Ex "shipping center"

I arrived on a Saturday morning at opening and said to the clerk that I needed to OVERNIGHT a perscription. He took all my info and replied it would arrive by 10:30 in the morning, charged $61.00 . I

I can certainly understand why this particular store is rated 3 stars. The staff DOES NOT answer the phone. Automated service with all the wrong options just to avoid customers is ridiculous.
