Worst service ever cluttered tables not even busy Staff rude and basically just didn't care about anything bad attitude all round

I went for a coffee and a cake after shopping it was 5.30pm I was told that they were using takeaway cups as dishwasher was broken I said I'll just have a cappuccino no cake I was told no even though

No way to put a minus or I would rudest staff ever put my bags at a table and was making my way to the counter and was told if I wasn't buying anything to get out no customer service skills just youn.
