Island Noodles of New Mexico is absolutely amazing! I had their vegetarian bowl at the Southern New Mexico State Fair and it completely blew me away. The noodles were perfection--cooked fresh in a hug

Food was so good! Wasn't too busy the day I went so food came out fast. Loved the fresh veggies and flavor was on point. You're eating outside but it's worth it.

We tend to be mid week & off season visitors to Riudoso, so it was a treat to find this open air cookery open & cooking. Hubby & I split the teriyaki chicken noodles, and it was delish. Very fresh & c
