Great building with amazing staff. Everybody, from Victor the handyman to the very friendly front desk staff, is always willing to go above and beyond. The building is clean and the amenities are nice

Victor one of the buildings handymen is the best! He fixed my ac during the heatwave and just recently fixed my dishwasher! Very sweet, knowledgeable and fast with fixing!

smoke issue in apartments - smells gross - bad elevators - no washer/dryer in 2bedrooms with competitive prices - bad amenities - this building charges like it is a luxury building but it's not LOL
