We went 3 times over the past month when they were supposed to be open and no one was there. Today there were 2 employees present. One was helping a client and greeted us nicely saying we'd be helped

Our designer, Ann Rosen was fantastic. She was very helpful and thorough, walking us through all the options and entertaining our ideas. Overall, she made the process as easy as it could be. Can't say
