Room was one of the best ever! We were upgraded to Ocean front! Pools were cold and water level was at least a foot lower than it was supposed to be. Seaweed was never cleaned from the beach. Check-in
10/10 experience with the check-in process thanks to Jesus Aquino! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. My partner and I were checking in for our hone.
