John, our server was very helpful in getting my wife's salmon cooked the way she wanted. None of our food was bad however the quality was not as good as usual and the kitchen was very, very slow.

The bartender/our server didn't refill our drinks never gave us rolls. Past 2 times I've went to o'Charley's the service has been terrible. Do Better!!!!

My family and I visited this location for supper after I perused the online menu (as I usually do before eating out) and I chose the 3 piece catfish dinner after seeing the picture online. When I rece
