A great experience for my two dogs! All of the ladies were so welcoming and comforting to the dogs. They came home with great haircuts, too! Will be back.

there customer service in the riverhead store is disgraceful, despicable, rude, & unprofessional & unethical !! stsy away!!! wouldn't even give it a star!! store manager & asst mngrs need to be replac

Staff is always friendly and always around for assistance. I prefer this PetSmart over others because it is very clean and worth the drive out. Items are usually always stocked as well.
