This place is nestled between 1st and 2nd in downtown Lake O. The studio is small, dark and very loud - perfect for an energetic and fun start to the day! I wear ear plugs (as it's pretty dang loud!)

Great studio. All the instructors and staff are super nice and supportive, and they recently updated all their bikes. They've also been introducing new types of classes recently like strength training
