Due to a family death we quickly booked 3 rooms through Expedia. Unfortunately the reservations were nonrefundable. The family had arranged accommodations with a family friend so we tried to cancel t.

My mom had just passed and Lindsey at the front desk was so wonderful! she knew why we were coming and left me a heartwarming note in my room. They are so blessed to have her who went above and beyond

This place has stayed good for many years. Best choice in Waconia. Breakfast was OK weekday but better on weekend as their prices increase. Problem with door access was promptly fixed. Clean good tow.
