Had an issue with a new power washer. The manager Vince was not only respectful but knowledgeable enough about the product to help me fix the issue almost immediately.

I don't like one stars but this place very nearly deserved it. Cindy at customer service desk was the saving grace. The other person at customer service, who didn't have a name tag, was truly awful. N
