The view is okay. You can see NYC but not very clearly. It’s overpricy for what it is. To be honest I have seen NYC view much better at free spots. Not worth it.

Overpriced at $25 a person. Lasts at most 20 min and goes around only once really slowly. If your party is less than 6, you share the gondola with other people . The people managing the rides were not

Tried to pay for a ticket using a credit card (UK based). Failed to process saying error so we just walked away. An hour later the ticket came through- after we had left. No idea how this is possible.
