We are avid followers of The Phantom Gourmet and tried out the Goldenrod Restaurant in Manchester today. We went specifically for the Fisherman's Platter. It was delicious. Shrimp, full belly clams. s

It was awful. I ordered a clam strip sandwich with onion rings. There was no seasoning. The clamp straps and onion rings tasted the same -- bland and greasy. I cannot recommend this place.

Line was too long. The workers that were there today definitely let folks back up. Wasn’t the best customer service hopefully food makes up for it. I eat here probably 20 times- year x $80 to feed ...
