I scheduled using SOLV. Check-in was easy but due to the new system they had to transfer my registration from the Woodbridge location.

I looked online to book an appointment and saw that the afternoon schedule had some openings. Instead of booking online I drove to the office. The front office person was not very helpful. He told me

The waiting room had a foul odor while I was signing in.    The staff was okay, but I’m not used to being told to check in with an app on my phone.  It took over 10 mins to go through all the screens.
