This is the best Philly pretzel factory store. In my opinion, everyone is very nice very hard-working and they aim to please.

I love this place the pretzel are always fresh and warm. I literally have to check myself because I would go there every day after the gym.

went in this afternoon around 2PM and I was second in line with no one behind the counter after a long wait - I finally just left. :(
