Indian River Shores is a town in Indian River County, Florida, United States. As of the 2020 census, the town has a population of 4,241. Located on Orchid Island, Indian River Shores is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Indian River Lagoon to the west. The town is one of the wealthiest places in Florida. As of 2023, it sits on the Forbes list of richest cities in the state and was ranked ninth in Florida locations by per capita income, as of 2010.
