Went in to order a Shake. 2 employees working and there were 4 people in front of me. Eventually a manager (I think) came out to help me. Ordered a Strawberry Shake with Chocolate jimmies no whip. Pai

filled with people who clearly can't understand english and the difference between BANANA and VANILLA, made my first experience awful never coming here again

I would rate Cold Stone 5 stars only if it wasn't so pricey. Otherwise, this place is heaven to go for ice cream.
