The Polynesian Resort is one of the busiest Disney World hotels, and at the center of it all is ‘Ohana. Dinner is all about endless plates of ‘Ohana’s slightly sweet noodles, fried dumplings, guava glazed chicken, and our favorite dessert on the property: pineapple coconut bread pudding served warm with larger-than-life scoops of vanilla ice cream. Just know the crystal clear views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks make this one of the hardest reservations to get.
