Can I do zero star got spicy potato taco and asked for extra sauce they forgot the sauce all together and the potatoes were old and burnt

Even the to go orders are good. Is it just the time of day? Is it the staff? Not sure what makes this place different than all the others.

Went and got the Cheesey Street Chalopa Box, the Chalopa was so hard you could pound a nail with it. Couldn't even cut it with a knife.
