I do not recommend Modern Method. They use sub-par roofers and their customer service is terrible. Definitely shop around. There are better roofing companies out there.

Good quality product and workmanship!! Took longer than expected but worth the wait. They also replaced 3 skylights and fixed a beam that had water damage from the skylight and replaced our gutters. T
