Horrible service! The waiter dumped an entire order all over my elderly mother and said sorry and walked away! That was the end of it! No manager or comp! No wonder the place is always empty!

Some of the best customer service ive had at any Applebees ive been to :) Food was so fresh and fast. Everyone was so nice
