Arrived for throat bleeding. 3 1/2 hours later still sitting here. Promised by front desk the nurse would provide cold compresses. That was an hour ago.

Their PA needs to go back to med school and learn how to speak to people without trying to offend them. And not all bi polar people are off their meds because they have grasped a concept she should kn
