I think the person who served me was new, but she was left in her own and had to go and ask for help to key my order into the till. Additionally, she made our coffee's and my cappuccino was Luke warm

They use paper cups, loyalty machine is always broken, starts moving around things right next to customers making enough noise, also there is one Chinese cashier who is extremely rude.
