horrible customer service.. trying to drop off a package on our way out (could not bring it with us to our next destination) and the employee decided to shut the store down for a "lunch break" at 3:00
Do not waste your time trying to go to this UPS. There is consistently a sign stating the system is down but more likely the doorman of the building puts that sign there when the staff is running late
I had to start coming to this location which is out-of-the-way for me, because another location I've been using just down the block from my apartment has been stealing my Amazon returns. This location
