Our dog does well in a traditional boarding facility like Gem Crest. I'm deducting a star because it's a gamble with the staff. Sometimes they are friendly, other times they have a tone and attitude.

Horrible place that does not value their dogs. My dog came back with red marks all along it's nose clearly showing it was not cared for and their was no communication from Gem Crest. Also very unhygie
