If I could give Dr. Yin negative stars I would. She missed a life threatening medical emergency with my mother. She was condescending and her clinical knowledge and judgement was horrible.

There is a need for improvement in the area of empathy and customer service within this office. The receptionist's unprofessional demeanor and lack of courtesy were evident throughout our conversation

Very nice neurologist. Staff is kind too.
