Incompetent staff. Went to get a passport picture. They couldn't figure out how to print it in color...at a printing center?? They also straight up ignored multiple customers that came up to the count

Big store. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Busy early however I did not have to wait more than 10 mins. Good location.

I came to this store for the first time and they tried to force me to buy their own box for $8 before they would assist me in shipping my item. I already had my small item wrapped in a brown shoe box
