FedEx is one of the worst companies out there if you can avoid using them do so, there tracking service sucks they do not update and keeps you guessing when your package will be delivered

Staff has a Terrible attitude, I don't understand how people like this work in customer service. The lady "helping" Tuesday morning seemed annoyed by all of the customers and ignored a lot of them. Av

Terrible customer service. Staff is beyond unhelpful would highly recommend going to UPS or USPS. Which is surprising to say.
