They could answer their phone during their advertised business hours. I've notice their terrible ratings and how it's always the customers fault. I'm done trying to get hold of their service dept

These guys need to be Drs or Lawyers at the rates they are charging! What a bunch of ripoff artist. If you have a need for these guys then just go to another appliance dealer and buy a new appliance,
