Ross in Montclair was honestly better than I expected and definitely one of the nicer Ross locations I've been to. The store was clean, organized, and actually easy to shop in, which is rare for Ross.

The cashier name Lily is a terrible and LAZY employee. I was returning items so I already had a bag with me and when she asked if I needed a paper bag for the new items, I said no. I bought five pairs

The layouts and overall design of the store. I enjoyed being here and the lines never were too long.
