I recently needed to renew my driver's license and I opted to get the Real ID one. So for that you need to show up in person at the DMV to make that process happen. First I made an appointment online.

My appointment was at 9:45, and I was out the door at 9:51. I know it's not always like this, but a delightful experience.

Ridiculous how you can't get through to these people. Really don't want to go there for nothing just to get a question answered
