i had a great experience at this location, Sky the cashier was prompt polite and was the first one to actually ask me which ice cream would I like in my Cappy.. did not know I could switch up the ice

This place has somewhat gone downhill. The cake was so hard and dry. Even the kids didn't want to eat it. Not sure how old it was.
