Santander, officially the Municipality of Santander, is a 4th class municipality in the province of Cebu, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 18,527 people. Santander is the southernmost municipality of Cebu province 133 kilometres south of Cebu City. It serves as one of the sea ports connecting to the province of Negros Oriental with its passenger ferries making way to Sibulan in just 20 minutes.
