Delicious food and a superb dining delight served with excellent quality and friendliness by the staff. We had a wonderful experience at The Ritz in London.

The only thing that was efficient about this place was how they took your money. Service was so poor. Waited 40 minutes still wasn't served. Left without eating. Beware
