Went to the hayden store to have a nail puncture repaired, not only did they repair it within 30 minutes it was free of charge! Will definitely return for a new set of tires in the future.

Obviously the price for the good. I'm just not sure that compensates for the lack of enthusiasm in customer service and the neglect to honor appointments in a timely manner. Really a sign of the times
