I walked in the room and immediately seen a roach crawling on the bed. absolutely disgusting and everything was dusty. Please Do better.
When we arrived at the hotel the front door was not working - had to bang on it to get someone to open it - that should have been a sign Hotel is worn and dirty - rooms and bathrooms need a total mak.
